Therapy 

Therapy can be a way to bring clarity, focus and growth to your life.  I have worked with numerous individuals, couples, and families on various issues and helped them find answers to their pressing issues and discover their hidden potential.  I will work with you in a collaborative fashions to help raise the quality of your life and deepen your relationship with yourself and others.  Below are several issues I have extensive experience with. 


Individual - work/life stress, relationship conflict/issues, anxiety/panic issues, trauma, identity issues, self-esteem/empowerment, depression, grief and loss, and substance usage. 

Couples - communication, negotiating boundaries, commitment/intimacy  and relationship changes.

Family - blended family, parenting, and coping with loss/divorce.
